Sarnia Fury Black was back
in action vs. Club rivals
Fury U9's. It was the
perfect setting for soccer
on a beautiful evening at
the water's edge in the
Bluewater Bridge park. The
Black Fury started strong
and it didn't take long to
open the scoring. Black Fury
striker Isaiah Edlington accepted
a beautiful pass and
connected with a powerful
shot into the corner of the
U9 net. Shortly after,
mid-fielder Tristen Konrad
gave the Fury a two goal
lead with a well placed
drive which eluded the U9
keeper. Continued pressure
was awarded with three more
goals giving the Black Fury
a 5 - 0 lead going into
half-time.

The second half began
much like the first with the
Fury continuing to mount
pressure in the U9 end. Some
great passing skills were
evident as the Black Fury
moved the ball around the
pitch with excellent
precision. Added Fury goals
were scored by: Carter
Barron, James Brown,
Christian D'Agostini, Isaiah
Edlington(2), Kyle Flamminio,
Ryan Janssens, Tristen
Konrad(2) and Dominic
Krasinkiewicz. Defense held
firm and led the way as
Black keeper Andrew Harron
posted his 2nd shutout in
league play. The Sarnia Fury
U9 boys played very well and
have improved immensely as
the season progresses. The
Fury Black played one of
their best games of the
season winning by a 10 - 0
margin. Final score: Sarnia
Fury Black 10 vs.
Sarnia Fury U9 0.
