the night. Hayden Snauwaert had two goal saving
defensive plays in the second half and Connor Post
had many good runs and excellent passes. Cole
Phillips had a spectacular first half in net with
many brilliant saves. Brody Phillips had a shut out
in the second half in net, to help his team secure
their victory.
Waymic Construction (2) vs Harvey's (6)

the second half was different as Harvey's scored 3
goals. Final score 5 to 2, Mark Bridge had 1 goal
for Waymic.

Goalies Mark Barsoum, Connor Rapaich
Langtree
Controls (6) vs John’s Restaurant (2)
For Langtree: (goals:
Jaxon 4, Jonathan King, James) Langtree started game
with continuous pressure on John’s Restaurant goal.
Jonathan, Matthew, James, Stefan, and Jaxon all had
their chances. John’s Restaurant goalkeeper was up
to task, allowing only two goals and saving many in
first half. Second half was played with both teams
sharing ball possession. Langtree team scored more
goals by moving ball better at the end of action.
Good passing allowed more space for Jaxon, James,
Tyler and Jonathan King to take clean shots on the
net. Deklen had some good runs with the ball,
reliving some pressure from defenders (Brett and
Jonathan) in second half. Owen worked hard in the
midfield, where he started some of attacking actions
with good passing. Solid goal tending by Stefan in
second half. Very good team work was on display
tonight.

For Contro Valve: It was our last regular season
game and the entire team came out to play strong
tonight. Carter DeSantis scored first with the
assist coming from Blake Hogan’s throw-in. Mann
Shah made a great pass backwards to Carter DeSantis
who blasted the ball in for his second goal. On a
goal mouth scramble Eric Desrochers slid another
goal in from a Blake Hogan pass. Christopher
Sanchez had a great shot on net hitting the post,
but followed his shot in to get his own rebound
scoring his second goal of the season. Nicholas
(rebound) Chopp had the crowd cheering when his
first shot on net was knocked down by the goalie,
his second shot hit the post, but his third try
found the back of the net. In the last few minutes
of the game, Carter DeSantis sent a great long ball
up the middle of the field to
Sam Wilhelm who raced to net on a breakaway scoring
the last goal for the team but it was his first goal
this season. Our goalies were Nicholas Chopp (1st
half shut-out) and Diane Clarke. Congratulations to
the entire team for all their hard work and
enthusiasm.
Tim Horton's (3) vs Chalmers (4)
Two goals from Jonah
Schaller and one from Logan Watson proved that an
absence from soccer had no impact whatsoever on
their performances. Those 3 goals helped Tim Hortons
hold their own against the Chalmers team.
Cole Rogers and Brian Monteiro in net brought up
some great saves and neat clearances which helped
set up the forwards.
