GIRLS HOCKEY

In girls hockey action on Wednesday two games were played that resulted in shutout wins.

 In the first game LCCVI shut out St. Clair in a 6 - 0 final.  Jess Weed led the way with 3 goals and an assist.  Karly Dobbin scored a pair and MacKenzie Sleafoard score a single to round out the scoring.  Amelia Maniuk earned the shutout in the win.

In the St. Christopher matchup against SCITS, St. Christopher took the win with a final score of 4 - 0.
Scoring for St. Christopher were E. Bucci  with 2 and singles by P. Fuocco, S Taraborrelli.  Assisting on the goals were K. Henry (2), J. Kirby (2), A. Cecchini (2), A. Renauld and M Coady.

BOYS HOCKEY

In a close game between LCCVI and St. Christopher a 1st period goal by Jesse Ferguson for the Lancers
turned out to be the winning goal taking a 1 - 0 win over the Cyclones.  Earning the shutout for LCCVI was
Matt Ferguson.   Colton James played an outstanding game in net for St. Christopher.
