SMAA Football Registration

Dates: Tues July 20, Thurs. July 22, Mon July 28, Wed. July 28
 
Cost: $140 (with family plans available)
 
Place: Norm Perry Park 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
 
Divisions - Tyke for players born in 2001, 2002, 2003.
               Atom for players born in 1999, 2000
               Peewee for players born in 1997, 1998 and those born in 1996 who are
               less than 120 pounds
 
Please bring birth Certificate, health card and a parent (for signature)
