special to sarniasports  October 24,  2011

Under sunny, blue skies, the Sarnia Flag Football played 3 regular season games in Sarnia on October 23.  In game one at 11:00, the Bluewater Power Titans continue to gain momentum after an uncharacteristic slow start by defeating the first place ANWIS Heat by a score of 53-32.  In the other game at 11:00, the Lambton Metal Service Rampage dispatched the HSE Integrated/CIS Roughnecks 59-12.

In the single game at 1:00, despite a slow start, the Power Champs slowly pulled away from the Phoenix's Phoenixes defeating them with a score of 52-19.

On sunday October 23, the SFFA will host 3 regular season games starting with the Titans looking for revenge against the Rampage and the Power Champs hoping to put out the Heat; both at 11:00.  At 1:00, the Roughnecks, still looking for their first victory of the season, will challenge the Phoenix.  All games in the SFFA are played at Lansdowne Park in Sarnia.
