The
Jr. Sting Major Atom MD defeated the
London Bandits at the Germain Arena
Thursday Oct 27 by a score of 3-0.
Cameron Stevens and
Stevie Schaefer shared the shut out with
a little help from the goalies best
friend, the goal post, as the Bandits
would ring the post 3 times during the
course of the game. Scoring for the Jr.
Sting were Cole Goosens with two and
Spencer Baillie with one. Evan Trigatti
and Collin Zimmer would draw assists.
Nathan Abbott
played a very strong game and was
awarded for his hard work by being named
the coach's player of the game!
Cole Goosens got
the nod from the parents for his two
goal performance and was selected as the
parents player of the game.
The Major Atom's
will next visit the West London Hawks at
4:30 on Sunday October 30 at the Kinsmen
Arena.
