Lambton Shores, ON – Brendon Merritt has been
selected as the Offensive Player of the Month for
the Western Conference of the Greater Ontario Junior
B hockey league.
Merritt
has played nine games this season with the Lambton
Shores Predators, and has scored 18 points in those
games, with 7 goals and 11 assists, including 3
powerplay goals and 7 powerplay assists.
"We are
very proud of Brendon and he deserves this honour,"
says Roop Chanderdat, President & GM. "Leading the
league in points is a great achievement and
something that Brendon could not have done without
the help of his teammates and coaching staff."
Lambton
Shores has won four of nine games this season, and
has been a turned around team from years previous.
