The Lambton Jr. Sting Minor Midgets (AAA) were in
action Thursday night and picked up a 5-1 victory
over the Chatham-Kent Cyclones.

Ciccarelli opened the scoring with a goal 1:13 left
in the first period, which would hold over into the
second period where Dennis Yan would put the Sting
up 2-0 with his second period goal. Ty Seney would
break the shutout, scoring the Cyclones lone goal in
the game, as the Sting lead 2-1 after two periods.
In the
third, Sarnia would increase the lead back to two
goals as Riley Roberts would make it a 3-1 game.
Sarnia would go on to score two more, as Ryan
Verbeek and Matt Doidge would get goals to make it a
5-1 game.
