LSSAA boys hockey started their season again, as the
Winter sports get underway.
St. Chris shows offensive firepower over SCITS
The St.
Christopher Cyclones showed their offensive punch
like they did last season, with a 12-2 victory over
the SCITS Blue Bombers.
Jamie
Vandenberg and Ben Morrison each had a hat-trick,
while Ryan Lyle had two goals and Nic Amodeo,
Ryleigh Taylor and Joe Frayne each had single goals.
Cyclones goalie Pat Brennan made 20 saves in the
victory.
S.
Magermans and D. Bowling had a goal each for SCITS n
the loss.
Lancers score four unanswered for come from behind
win
Josh Moore
would get two goals in helping the LCCVI Lancers
defeat the St. Clair Colts 5-3.
St. Clair
had an original 3-1 lead on the Lancers, as Dan
Hachey scored twice and Seth Kelly once, while Troy
Whitely had the single goal for the Lancers.
But after
Moore's powerplay goal, Whitely would add his second
of the game, followed by Frankie White to put the
Lancers ahead. Moore would add an empty net goal in
the 5-3 victory.
