The Lambton Shores Predators will want to move on quickly from Saturday nights game against St. Mary's, as the Predators lost by a large margin, 13-3. St. Mary's had four in the first period alone, while the Predators only got one from Matt Rupert.

Following in the second period was five more goals on eleven shots by St. Mary's, including three power play goals. St. Mary's would score one more in the third before the Predators could stop the eight goal run, as Dan Morin put in a goal. Brendon Merritt would add another for Lambton Shores, but St. Mary's would add three more in the period to make it a final of 13-3.

Despite the score, shots on goal were fairly close at 39-34. But St. Mary's scored six power play goals on ten chances, while Lambton did not record one power play goal on ten chances as well. Sean Parker had 17 saves on 24 shots, and Mark Foley had 9 saves on 15 shots.

For St. Mary's, Sean Consitt had a six point night with 2 goals and 4 assists. Nine different players had goals for St. Mary's while Greg Dodds stopped 31 of 34 shots.

It does not get any eaiser for the Predators as they take on the Western Conference second place team, St. Thomas stars Sunday in St. Thomas.
