The St.
Christopher Cyclone's girls hockey team defeated
Ridgetown High School today (Wednesday March 2) in
the SWOSSA semi-final by a score of 4-0.
The Cyclone girls are now just one win away from the
OFSAA championships which are in Stratford from
March 22-25.
To play in the OFSAA championship the girls must win
their SWOSSA final which will be played against a
Windsor area high school team. That opponent is to
be determined by week's end.
Kassie Roache had a hat-trick in the game for the
Cyclones whole Janelle Labadie added the 3rd goal of
the game for the Cyclones. Allie Regan, Amy Rawlings
and Carolyn Doidge picked up assisted on the last
three goals.
Playing another outstanding game in net for the
Cyclone's and earning a well deserved shut out was
Cassie Kerrigan.
