The LCCVI
Lancer Girls curling team are the 2010-11 SWOSSAA
Champions, having won the SWOSSAA Girls Curling
Championships on Friday, March 4, 2011 at the Sarnia
Golf and Curling Club.
The Lancers defeated high school teams from Blenheim
in their first game (6-5) and Kingsville (9-0) in
the semi-finals. They then defeated Ridgetown
District High School 7-5 in the championship final
to become SWOSSAA champions. The Lancers now advance
to the 2010-11 OFSAA Curling Championships in
Thunder Bay, held from March 23-26.
