Dresden,
On – On Monday, June 27, the Wyoming Wrangler
Bantams ran their Western Counties League record to
7-1 with a 13-6 victory in Dresden.
The
visitors played with only 9 players, including 2
Peewee call-ups due to secondary school exams and
elementary graduations. A 4-run first and another
4-run 6th were the big innings for Wyoming.
The
Wranglers took advantage of some wildness by the
Dresden pitchers throughout. Christian Kerrigan got
the start for Wyoming. His 2 innings of work was
followed by 4 solid innings by Cody Clark and Kolton
Knott pitched the 7th.
No rest
for the Wranglers, as they head to Chatham tomorrow
night for a 6:30 start.
