On
Saturday June the 12th the Fury White headed to
Chatham for their make up game.
Although
the clouds gave the indication of storms nothing
more than a few drops fell. Stefan Pisic started the
game in net and from the kick off had many brilliant
saves. Just before half time, the Chatham boys were
finally able to get one passed Stefan. The boys
played a strong first half with opportunities to
score, but the Chatham goal tender was strong.
Evan
Trigatti stepped into net for the second half of the
game and was outstanding, blocking numerous shots.
The Fury boys were unable to bring it to the field
the second half and ended up defeated against
Chatham 8-0. Ian Bailey played an outstanding game
on full back for the entire game and was able to
help the boys keep a few more from going in.
