In the
closest game yet against the Wallaceburg 1 team the
Sarnia Pacers tyke Lacrosse team showed the Griffins
what cross checking looks like.
The
pacers brought it hard to the Griffins resulting in
a scoreless first period. Net minder Zack Snider was
on his game making many great saves. The Griffins
brought it hard to the net scoring six times in the
second. Eric McDonald was not to be denied however,
scoring twice in the second with an assist from
Nolan Cadieux.
The
third period saw the Pacers score 4 goals making it
a one point game going into the last minute of the
period. Scoring for the Pacers in the third were
Sebastian Frenette, Nolan Cadieux, Eric McDonaldand
Hunter Dalgety.
A timely
goal by Wallaceburg followed by a goal off the face
off in the last 30 seconds sealed the deal for the
Pacers making it a 8-6 loss.
