The Sarnia
Lady Sting Midget AA team have more than earned top
spot in the Midget AA southwestern division, after
defeating Bluewater Hawks on home ice this past
Sunday. The always dangerous Jillian Rops was
responsible for both the Sarnia goals, and has been
on a scoring streak lately. The only assist went to
Sierra Butler. For the fourth game in a row Sarnia
has shutout their opponents. Erika Sullivan earned
her second in a row.
The Sting travel to Chatham on Weds. for the second
meeting with Outlaws for Provincial playdowns. They
finish off this coming Friday night in Windsor to
decide who heads to Provincials.
