SIGNIFICANCE

Brantford, which is in fourth place in the GOJHL's Midwest Conference, is just three points out of second. Sarnia, which is in sixth in the Western Conference, is just one point behind fifth ranked St. Marys.

HISTORY – The Legionnaires seldom see Brantford because the club's play in different conferences. In fact, they did not play the Golden Eagles at all last season and this will be their only encounter with them this campaign. In 2009, the two clubs split a pair of games at the OHA's annual double round robin 'Tournament of Champions.'

Sarnia got to the tourney by winning the Western Ontario championship, while Brantford won the Midwest title.
