The
finals of most LSSAA sports are set as Tuesday held
the semi-final games for various divisions in high
school sports, while the finals were held in
curling.
In a close
final, LCCVI took home the girls curling
championship with a 6-4 victory over the Northern
Vikings. After five ends the game was at two each,
but the Lancers were able to take the victory.
In boys
curling, St. Christopher's took five in the fourth
as part of a 10-3 victory over LCCVI. Both schools
will move on to SWOSSA.

The senior
girls volleyball finals are set as St. Clair will
take on St. Patrick's. St. Clair defeated LCCVI 3-0
in their semi-final game while St. Patrick's needed
five sets to defeat the Cyclones 3-2. The final set
went right to the finish, with the Irish winning
16-14.
In midget
boys basketball St. Patrick's will take on Northern
after the Irish defeated LCCVI 49-38. Nick Mclean
took the player of the match honours in that game.
The Vikings move on with a 43-36 victory over the
Cyclones. Sidhu had 16 points for the Vikings and
Gorman 11 points in the victory.
In junior
boys basketball St. Christopher's will take on St.
Patrick's after the Cyclones defeated St. Clair
51-29. Cary Brown had 20 points for the Cyclones
while Sam Ellenor had 19. Joel Mahon had 12 points
for the Irish in their 48-35 victory over the
Vikings to set up the match the Cyclones.
The senior
boys play Wednesday night in basketball. Finals for
volleyball go Friday night at Lambton college while
basketball goes Saturday.
