SIGNIFICANCE – St. Marys sits in fifth spot in the nine-team Western Ontario Hockey Conference with 34 points, one more than the sixth place Legionnaires. A win in regulation time would vault Sarnia into fifth, a single point up on the Lincs and just three back of the fourth place St. Thomas Stars.

WHEN – Tonight at 7:10 p.m. at the Sarnia Arena.

WHO'S HOT:

Sarnia – Jesse Drydak had three goals and two assists in his last outing, although one of the goals doesn't count in his totals because it was a shootout winner.

Owen Rogers also had four points in his last game, including two goals and two assists.

St. Marys – Bryan McCauley has seven points in his last three games, while Sean Consitt has five points in his last three.

LAST OUTINGS – Both clubs are coming off big wins. The Legionnaires picked up a 5-4 win on the road in Chatham last Sunday, while the Lincolns defeated Lambton Shores 9-2.

HISTORY – Sarnia has won both games between the two teams this season, 4-1 in September and 2-1 in November.

Goalie Kyle Washer, who registered both victories against St. Marys, will get the start for Sarnia tonight.

Forward Braden Kavaratzis will also return to action, after spending a couple of games with the Sting in the OHL.

SPECIAL TEAMS -- St. Marys has the second best powerplay in the league, scoring once in every four tries with the extra man. Sarnia is clicking once in every five attempts. St. Marys also has a better penalty killing record, with a success rate of 82.7 per cent, compared to 76.3 for the Legionnaires.
