Lambton Shores Predators lose 9-2 for second night in a row

The Lambton Shores Predators have allowed 18 goals in two games as they suffer their second 9-2 loss in a row, this time to the Leamington Flyers.

Leamington started the scoring with two powerplay goals coming 1:07 apart in the first. After the second goal, Leamington made it 3-0 when they scored again just seventeen seconds later. Eric Leardi made it 4-0 when he scored a minute and a half later, making it four goals in two minutes and fifty-five seconds.

Leamington would continue in the third, scoring at 1:48 into the first, and adding another powerplay goal at 5:13. Brendon Merritt would get Lambton Shores on the board with a powerplay goal, but the Flyers would add one more just before the period ended to make it 7-1. Merritt would add his second of the game in the third, but Leamington would add two more for the 9-2 victory.

Chris Clark saved 36 of 45 shots. The Predators will take on Listowel on Tuesday, December 14th.
