The Alvinston Flyers allowed thee goals in both the
second and third periods in their 7-4 loss to the
Wheatley Sharks Monday night.
In what
was a quiet first, Wheatley got on the board late in
the first period, as Robert Jardine made it 1-0
after one for the Sharks.
The second
period opened up the scoring, as six goals were
scored between the two teams. Wheatley extended
their lead to 3-0 after Patrick Lauzon put in his

the season for a 3-1 game. But the Sharks would
answer back on the powerplay as well, as Curtis

4-2. Erix Nemeth would make it 4-3 after he score a
shorthanded goal, leavin the Flyers down by one
going into the third.
Wheatley
would not let the lead slip, as Andy Stevenson
scored a minute into the third period to put the
Sharks back up by two. But the Flyers would try to
keep it close, as Kyle Brothers made it a one goal
game scoring his 11th of the season. But the Sharks
we would add two quick goals just thirty-six seconds
apart by Dustin Woelk and David Bingeman to push
their lead to the final score of 7-4.
