– Sarnia Sting Head Coach and General Manager
Jacques Beaulieu announced today that the Hockey
Club has acquired 19-year old Centre Charlie Sarault
from the Kingston Frontenacs.
The Sting have sent a 3rd round pick in 2013 and a
6th round pick in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection to
the Frontenacs in exchange for Sarault.
Beaulieu explains his thoughts on the transaction.
“Charlie is a skilled forward who we’re excited to
get into our lineup without giving up any players
off our roster in return. This just adds to our
depth down the middle. To compete in our division
and in our conference it is important we have four
lines we can rely on to produce and this acquisition
just further adds to our strength up front.”
