The Sarnia S.M.A.A. had their year end banquet on Saturday and handed out their awards to those involved in the S.M.A.A. this season throughout the various sports. Those involved included Sharon Baxter, Sue Wright, Ron Bloxam, Gil Jean, Karen Bartlett, Doug Oliver, Boonie Young, Jennifer Matheson, Marjorie Dickens.

Abby Roberts, Bridget Folk, Courtney Williams, Alison Lawrence and Wendy Lawrence won the 'Weeny Award" for top concession sales to help support the association.

The Chaytor award was awarded to Bob Young this year. This award is given the person for their outstanding contribution to minor athletics, and was donated by Jim Chaytor to the S.M.A.A. for recognize their outstanding men and women.
