Saturday, April 16, 2011 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
This club event is held each spring to help clean up the St. Clair River shoreline between downtown Sarnia and the Water Treatment Plant in Point Edward. This is one of the Bluewater Angler activities aimed at improving the fishing experience in the local area and improving the environment for all of the public who enjoy this scenic area. Volunteers are asked to meet at the hatchery at 9:00 AM before going out to clean up a short section of the river bank. Everyone returns to the hatchery around 11:00 AM for coffee, pop and hotdogs. Bring gloves. Trash bags are provided. Come out and help your club. Contact Ross Bishop (519-541-9673) if you have any questions or need further details.
Please note: If you are a student who needs Community Hours to graduate, this event will qualify. Please bring your forms with you and we would be happy to sign them.
