Bowling Scores for Week ending Oct 24

Dan Chopp Dennis Ramsay Melissa Crowe Jordan Millier

       Dan Chopp, Dennis Ramsay, Melissa Crowe and Jordan Millier shared the spotlight on the lanes in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this past week.

           Chopp rolled 751 (241-254-256) in the Thursday Night Border City Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the week’s high triple.            

             Ramsay wheeled 735 (279-252) in the Bluewater Monday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the second high triple of the week.          

             Crowe tossed 705 (266 - 80 pins over average – 228 - 211 – 147 pins over for three games) in the Marcin Tuesday Night Ladies League at Marcin Bowl to record the ladies high triple.

           Millier had a super night on the lanes as the 125 average bowler raised his average fifteen pins by tossing 640 (193-211-236 – 111 pins over average – 265 pins over average for three games) in the  Thursday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl.

         Roy Mezzatesta fired 720 (235-268) in Marcin Sunday Morning Men’s League rivalry. He was  followed by Jamie Ridealgh 718 (269-234), Rob Ladanchuk 696 (266-247), Larry Plumb 690 (245), Steve Peters 683 (256), Justin Parkkila 672 (255), Jim Creasor 664 (238), Butch Wilson 666 (231), Dennis Ramsay 659 (237), Jim Burgess 655 (237), Mike Marciniszyn 654 (247), Jeff Raymond 652 (243), Steve Cote 650 (255), Jay Chipman 640 (233), Rich Douwes 246, Billy Best 238, Kyle Adamson 234, Nathan Gonzalez 233, Scott Salmons 233, Ian Fraser 232 and Dan Beauvais 230. The women’s best scores were Kaye Brander 492 (185), Kylee Kilner 462, Colleen Grant 451, Pauline Reaney 186, Karen Lupi 173 and Wendy Koebel 157 – 70 pins over average.          Topping off the scores from the Marcin Tuesday Night Ladies League were Janice McMillan 665 (247-239 – 155 pins over for three games), Dawn Pelkie 565 (223), Shirley Matthews 506, Wendy Lapointe 209 and Patti Hilton 196.          In Hi-Way RCAFA 403 Wing Mixed League exploits, the men’s upper scores were Sean Burr 648 (236), Connor Smith 615, Steve Lewicki 610 (223), Brett Zevenbergen 579 (225) and Alex Pak 231. The ladies’ were led by Patti Hilton 559 (211), Kathy Dafoe 546 (207), Siobhan McAnulty 505, Marnie Majeski 489 (188) and Shannon Burr 200.         In Marcin Aamjiwnaang Mixed League play, the ladies’ top scores were Cid Bearhart 530 (192), Jo Ellen Beveridge 493 (173), Tracy George 487 (185), Annette George 474 and Jenifer Behm 168 – 69 pins over average. The gents’ high scores were Bill Smith 545 (203), Roger Williams 531 (248 – 86 pins over average), Dave Little 500 and Marty Davidson 201.          In Airey Lanes Thursday Ladies Happy Hour League fun, noted scores were Ashley Corr 459 (165-154), Courtney Young 441 (170), Lee Classen 165 and Karen Gormley 154. League standings are Monkey 36, Mouse 36, Elephant 28, Crocodile 26, Seal 22 and Lion 20.

         In Airey Lanes Sunday Night Mixed League action, the women’s main scores from a makeup week were Michelle Fraser 504 (203-170), Bev Rankin 471 (186) and Marilyn Mullen 436. The men’s top scores were Ken McLeod 475 (174-169), Albert Peters 469 and Harold Peters 448 (188). This week, the ladies’ scores were Bev Rankin 448 (158), Sharon Beggs 445 (210) and Lee Classen 417 (146). The men’s scores were Harold Peters 494 (179-183), Ken McLeod 466, Tom Classen 431 (168) and Albert Peters 174. Team standings are Praying Mantis 36, Fireflies 30, Bowl Weevils 24, The Beer Bugz 22, Fire Ants 16 and Beatles 16.

        In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Senior division, the ladies top bowler was Rachel McGrath 479 (172). On the men’s side, main scores were Connor Smith 493 (171-171) and Chris Crawley 480 (176).

        In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Intermediate division, the ladies’ best scores were Taelor Koundakjian 419 (152), Isadora Tremblay 383 (134), Kaela Koundakjian 361 (132) and Makenna Schuyler 312. The gents’ high scores were Ben Lapointe 528 (212-192), Dalton Crowe 498 (179), Domenic Cocozzoli 433 (191) and Colton Smith 426.

         In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Preps division, the girls’ top scores were Kyleigh Beauvais Chad 238 (91-90) and Laurianne Tremblay 224 (88-80). The boys’ best scores were Alex Majeski 237 (98) and Brock Leclair 118 (49).

        In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Bantams division, the girls’ main scores were Elsa McKinley 387 (151-138), Shaylyn Blake 192 (73), Cali Smith 141 and Anna DeVeer 69. The boys’ were led by Zachary Ingles 227 (83-82).

       In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Bumpers division, the top bumper was Sophia Majeski 127 (74).

       In the Marcin SMAA Junior/Intermediate division, the girls’ best scores were Kira Pelkie 505 (192), Caprice Hill 451 (158), Mikayla Durley 446 (152), Hollie-Ann Jean 422 (177), Ashley Toulouse 381 (143), Madison Kehler 360 and Morgan Pelkie 181. The boys’ high scores were Joshua Trott 523 (172-172-179), Jacob Bestard 485 (171), Ethan Boucher 482 (169), Johnathan Kameka 429 (173) and Aiden Osborn 420 (158).

      In the Marcin SMAA Bantams/Preps division, the boys’ main scores were Ryan Pinel 446 (155-152), Jordan Button 355 (137), Braden Scott 320 (137), Noah Gauthier 295 (116), Jake Coggins 279 (94-96), Nick Coggins 258 (107) and Tanner Walker Gray 249 (93).
