Bowling Scores for Week ending Nov 7

        Kevin Dunn and Jordan Croskery are the top bowlers in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this past week.

         Dunn rolled 288 (95 pins over average) in the Thursday Night Mixed League at Marcin Bowl to record the week’s high single. He finished the night with 701 (225). It was his career 2nd 700 plus series, his first one coming last year. Honourable mention goes to Stephane Sirois as he recorded 287 to post the second highest triple of the week.

         Croskery won Marcin Bowl Shoot Out Two defeating Jim Creasor in a low scoring final game 175-160. Twenty brave souls participated in the tournament which took place on the extremely difficult VIPER oil pattern. The top eight bowlers to qualify for match play competition were Jim Creasor 607 (212-204), Kyle Adamson 592 (212), Connor Smith 575 (207), George Reid 560 (230), Jordan Croskery 557, Stephane Sirois 550, Jeff Raymond 550 (211) and Glenn Crowe 544 (208).Bill Cole was in the top position below the cut line with 544. Crowe won the final match play spot because he had a higher game than Cole in the last game (190 to 183). Other 200 games in the qualifying round were Dan Chopp 212, Neil Sinclair 210, Melissa Crowe 205 and Steve Lewicki 202. Bowlers tossing 200 games in match play were Jordan Croskery 225, Connor Smith 213 and Jim Creasor 201. 

Rachel McGrathRachel McGrath, participating in the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Senior division, was the week’s top youth bowler with 609 (243).     

       Roy Mezzatesta wheeled 731 (264-235-232) in Marcin Bluewater Monday Night Men’s League rivalry.        Topping off the men’s scores from the Marcin Thursday Night Mixed league were Adam Pinel 640 (224-220), Butch Wilson 604 (242), Mike Vail 579, Butch Goodacre 579, Tyler David 574 (222), Scott David 557 (202), Al McChesney 555 (212) and Pat McMillan 246.         In Airey Lanes Sunday Night Mixed League action, the ladies’ top scores were Bev Rankin 487 (182), Pam Bullock 453 (168), Michelle Fraser 447 and Mary Bradburn 171. The men’s high scores were Ken McLeod 488 (188), Harold Peters 452 (169), Terry Bradburn 448 and Albert Peters 170.         In the Marcin SMAA Junior/Intermediate division, the ladies’ best scores were Kira Pelkie 521 (185), Hollie Ann-Jean 444 (162), Mikayla Durley 427 (153), Madison Kehler 412 (154), Cara  Cullis 403 (156), Nicole Emery 378 (150) and Caprice Hill 354 (140).          In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Intermediate division, the ladies’ main scores were Isadora Tremblay 377 (133-129), Kaela Koundakjian 350 (135) and Makenna Schuyler 326. The gents’ notable scores were Domenic Cocozzoli 569 (239), Ben Lapointe 522 (191), Colton Smith 508 (182) and Jack Peckham 451 (179).

         In the Hi-Way youth Phantom Junior division, the boys’ were led by Devon Crowe 543 (203-172), Nick Lapointe 520 (201-173), Cole Barber 481 and Nick Peckham 409. The girls’ best scores were Shayla Crouse 428 (153-145), Amber Watson 392 (166), Paisley Wood 379 (147) and Emily Harris 353.

         In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Senior Preps division, leading scores were Kole Parkkila 400 (158-141), Bryce Watson 389 (138) and Camron Parkkila 333 (141).

        In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Junior Preps division, top scores were Laurianne Tremblay 263 (101), Alex Majeski 245 (105) and Kyleigh Beauvais Chad 204 (88).

        In the Hi-Way Youth Phantom Bantams division, the best scores were Tyleigh Winger 370 (126-123-121), Elsa McKinley 305 (147), Zachary Ingles 250 (109-90), Shaylyn Blake 179 and Cali Smith 170.
