in victory over Western Counties

Western Counties Wolverines 15U
continued to pile up the runs on
Saturday, scoring three runs in
the seventh inning, on the way
to a 20-2 landslide win over
Western Counties 14U selects at
Courtright,ON.
Western Counties Wolverines 15U
scored five runs in the fourth
on an RBI single by Jakeb
Taylor, a passed ball, a two-run
double by Jacob Breault, and an
RBI single by Brett Allardyce.
Breault put himself in scoring
position with three extra-base
hits for Western Counties
Wolverines 15U.
Western Counties 14U selects
couldn't get anything going so
long as Taylor was on the hill.
Taylor held Corunna hitless over
three innings, allowed no earned
runs, walked one and struck out
six.
The lead stayed with Western
Counties Wolverines 15U after
the first, when it scored three
runs on a two-run error and an
RBI single by Greg Hay.
Western Counties Wolverines 15U
matched its four-run second
inning with four more in the
third. In the second, Western
Counties Wolverines 15U scored
on a wild pitch, plating Evan
Rogers.

looked promising, as Hay
doubled, bringing home Rogers
and Drew Pepper to kick things
off. That was followed up by
Breault's single, scoring
Taylor.
