Paton Controls Takes Sarnia Men's U35 Soccer Playoff Title

The 2014 Sarnia Men's Industrial Soccer League Men's U35 Playoffs concluded in dramatic fashion on Wednesday Sept. 24 on a beautiful evening at Norm Perry Park.

Defending Champions Paton Controls were matched up against the Regular Season League Champions ANG which turned out to be a very tight, back and forth game with both teams enjoying several scoring chances.
 

After 90 minutes the score was 0-0 and after another 30 minutes of overtime the score remained 0-0.
 

Penalty kicks were going to determine the Playoff Champion for 2014. After five rounds of penalty kicks, Paton Controls emerged as the deserving winners with Tom Neinhuis, Scott Devlin and Jason Irwin scoring for Paton Controls to win 3-2.
 

Paton Controls enjoyed another very successful season winning the Cosmos Cup and the Playoffs.
