Barnes took a handoff
and ran the ball 50
yards into the endzone.
Barnes then converted
the extra point. A
couple of minutes later,
the Vikings were at it
again when Andrew
Bradshaw kept the ball
at quarterback and ran
into the endzone for
major. The extra point
attempt was blocked. On
their next possession,
the Vikings put together
a drive from midfield
capped off when Josh
Labelle-Voisey took the
ball outside and notched
a major from 30 yards
out. Barnes converted.
The Vikings capitalized
again on their next
possession, when Barnes
ran the ball in from 40
yards out and kicked the
point after.
At the 6:38 mark of the
2nd quarter, backup
quarterback Parker Kidd
capped off a long
Vikings' drive with a 5
yard scamper into the
endzone. With the
convert, the Vikings
went into the half ahead
34-0.
The Lancers got on the
board in the 4th quarter
after a long drive, a
touchdown, and an extra
point.
The final score was
Vikings 34, Lancers 7.
