Following are results from the LKSSAA North Division tennis play downs held Thursday, October 2 at the Sarnia Riding Club and Sarnia Tennis Club.

Championship finals:

Boys Singles:   Andrew Davies (Northern) defeated Griffen Allen (LCCVI) 8-2

Girls Singles:                Sarah Barry (St. Pat’s) defeated Elise McInnes (St. Pat’s) 8-0

Boys Doubles:              James Pavey & Paul Whitson (St. Pat’s) defeated John Milsap &  Tristan Buntrock (St. Clair) 8-1

Girls Doubles:               Catherine & Clara Rastin (St. Pat’s) defeated Lindsey Osler & Molly Beauchamp (Northern) 8-0

Mixed Doubles:             Amy Li & Priyank Patel (Northern) defeated Julie Stephenson & Jordan Teeple (North Lambton) 8-3

 

B-Side Finals:

 

Boy’s Singles:               Tyler Dibattista (St. Francois-Xavier) defeated Dominique Goudreault (St. Francois-Xavier) 8-5

Girls Singles:                Marine Cremer (Northern) defeated Courtney Tremain (Northern)  8-0

Boys Doubles:              Mike Bos & Tanner Getty (North Lambton) defeated Jonah Kember & Ayush Namboothi (Northern) 8-4

Girls Doubles:               Marina Ramos & Meagan Hendra (LCCVI) defeated Haven Gibson & Kassy Floyd (St. Clair) 8-3

Mixed Doubles:             Keli Grant & Raj Dighe (Northern) defeated Christina Vani & Karl Derech (St. Pat’s) 8-3

A total of 85 students from the 7 Lambton county secondary schools participated in the tournament.
 

All of the above players advance to the LKSSAA Championship to be held in Sarnia on October 8.
