Sarnia Lady Sting Atom B Win Streak Continues

In Lower Lakes Female hockey league action the Sarnia Lady Sting Atom B win streak continues after shutting out the Windsor Wildcats 4 - 0 at home on home Saturday afternoon.

After a scoreless first period the ladies came out hungry in the second and scored three unanswered goals and added a single in the third.

Robyn Storey scored two goals the first assisted by Makayla Barclay and the second a shorthanded goal assisted by Cadence MacDonald. The third goal was scored by Teagan Cox assisted by Paige Vidler and Kiara MacDonald and the final goal by Heather McIntosh from Abby Armitage.

Playing a stellar game in net earning her fifth shut out league win was Peyton Burgess.

The Lady Sting and Windsor will meet again this Saturday (November 29) when Windsor returns to Sarnia for a 1:00 pm at the RBC Centre.

The Lady Sting leads the West Division with a record of 7-1-3.
