
If you attended the Hiawatha 3 on 3 Ball Hockey Challenge this past weekend you would have seen or even had a chance to test out the new outdoor ball hockey rink. Ball Hockey is a growing sport in Ontario and is played nation and world wide.

Paul Barbas and Vytas Daraska are the organizors of the new Sarnia Outdoor Ball Hockey League that will be played on the new rink at Hiawatha.
The league is for ages starting from 4 years to adult. Division to include Youth, Ladies, Men's & Co-Ed and will have a minimum of 4 teams. Each team will have a minimum of 11 players per team to a maximum of 14. Each team will play 12 games plus playoffs and the winning team will earn a berth to the Ontario Provincial Championships.
The new League is set to begin on Saturday May 31. Two Registrations dates have been set with the first this Sunday May 18 and the second on Sunday May 25. Registration will take place inside the co-cart building at Hiawatha from
12:00pm - 3:00pm each day.
Cost per player is $129.00 or $1250.00 per team. Plus HST
