Point Edward Jr B Pacers Season Winding Down

The Point Edward Pacers were in Windsor Wednesday night and took a 21 - 4 loss against the Far West Division leaders in Ontario Jr B Lacrosse action. 

Windsor took a 11 - 2 lead after the first period, then 17 - 3 lead in the second and finished it off in the third adding 4 goals and the Pacers scored 1.

Cory Burr and Blain Adams each scored 2 goals for Point Edward.  For Windsor Brendon Anger led the team with 5 goals, Trever Learn scored 4, Andrew Garant and AP Patrick Kashalk each added 2 and Matt Martinello and Chase Kavanaugh each contributed 1.

Windsor outshot the Pacers 59 - 21.  Braden Bell went the distance in net for the Pacers made 38 saves.  AP goalie Jacob Corra
earned the win for Windsor with 17 saves.

Pacers went zero for four on the power play, Windsor scored once on two opportunities. 

Pacers are now 2 - 16 for the season with two games remaining.  The first game is on Saturday June 21 for their final home game at 7:00 pm against Owen Sound.  The final game of the season will be played the next day (Sunday) on the road in Orangeville.
