Ramsay is Tops with 781 Triple

Dennis Ramsay has been a formidable opponent on the lanes this bowling season. He participates in the Sunday Morning and Monday Night Men’s Leagues at Marcin Bowl averaging 226 in both leagues. He continued his strong bowling once again this week as he was the top bowler in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action. He tossed his 14th 700 plus triple this year with 781 (256-279-246) in the Monday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl.

Pam Marciniszyn was the ladies high bowler as she rolled 697 (258-247) in the Thursday Night Mixed League at Marcin Bowl.

The Marcin Bowl Shoot Out took place on the PBA Scorpion oil pattern with 32 bowlers participating. The top 16 qualifiers for match play competition were Pam Marciniszyn 668 (249), Rob Ladenchuk 611, Roy Mezzatesta 609 (224), Doug Black 605 (229), Jason Lapointe 599 (271), Kyle Adamson 592 (245), Brad Cook 583, Bill Best 572 (241), Pat Lacasse 571, Tyler David 569, Dennis Ramsay 568, Dan Chopp 560, Steve Lewicki 559, Brian Core 559, Bill Cole 542 and Corey Willemsen 539. In Airey Lanes Sunday Night Mixed League fun, the women’s top scores were Bev Rankin 497 (192), Mary Bradburn 460 (177) and Michelle Fraser 168. The gentlemen’s high scores were Harold Peters 483 (197), Ralph Noyle 462, Albert Peters 462 (169), Dick Swain 455 and Wayne Rankin 182. In the Hi-Way Youth Senior division, the ladies top bowler was Cassandra Tremblay with 377 (157). The gents’ high scores were Brett Zevenbergen 504 (209) and Connor Smith 470 (177).

In the Hi-Way Youth Intermediate division, the girls’ upper scores were Kyra Lester 462 (158-157) and Taelor Koundakjian 413 (190). The boys’ best shooters were Aidan Coleman 439 (182), Colton Smith 373 (128) and Robbie Graham 353 (133).

In the Hi-Way Youth Junior division, the girls’ high scores were Isadora Tremblay 401 (137-136), Kaela Koundakjian 372 (146) and Paisley Wood 332 (146). The boys’ noted scores were Noah Best 497 (180), Ben Lapointe 490 (176), Devon Crowe 450, Seth Hicks 438 (185) and Domenic Cocozzoli 176.

In the Hi-Way Youth Senior Preps division, the girls’ were led by Emily Harris 404 (164) and Katarena Vandeguchte 312 (119). The boy’s top wheeler was Cole Barber 409 (163).   

In the Hi-Way Youth Junior Preps division, the girls’ notable scores were Amber Watson 394 (136-132) and MacKayla Beauvais 355 (143). The boys’ main scores were Alex Bourassa 348 (133), Gavin Baillie 346 (133), Brodie McKinley 309 (124) and William LaFramboise 307.

In the Hi-Way Youth Bantams division, the girls’ high scores were Elsa McKinley 254 (99), Laurianne Tremblay 240 (90), Tyleigh Winger 217 (87) and Kyleigh Beauvais Chad 147. The boys’ top scores were Bryce Watson 374 (133-123), Ben Boult 217, Alex Majeski 205 and Zachary Ingles 191.

In the Marcin SMAA Youth Senior/Intermediate division, the ladies’ best scores were Rachel McGrath 555 (200), Kira Pelkie 520 (185) and Nicole Emery 468 (188). The gents’ high scores were Jordan Croskery 601 (223), Brian Riberdy 519 (199) and Matt Disper 466.

In the Marcin SMAA Junior division, the girls’ noted scores were Morgan Pelkie 506 (199), Cara Cullis 384 (155), Madison Kehler 360 (134) and Gillian Webb 144. The boys’ notable scores were Braden Riberdy 459 (174), Joshua Trott 453 (179), Manny Ramos 441 (164) and Maximillian Michelucci 432 (166).

In the Marcin SMAA Preps division, the girls’ high scores were Caprice Hill 364 (130), Rachel Font-Young 361 (134), Hollie-Ann Jean 312 and Paige Jean 301. In the Marcin SMAA Senior Bantams division, the top scores were Jordan Button 347 (125), Braeden Scott 263 (104), Noah Leclair 246 (92) Noah Gauthier 238 (102) and Mya Hanley 197 (67).

In the Marcin SMAA Bumpers division, the best bumpers were Brody Manley 163 (86), Taylor Button 140 (71), Cameron Winter 132 (77) and Olivia Quaid 125 (63).

In Marcin St. Joe’s Mixed League play, the ladies’ top scores were Tonie Verbeek 567 (202-204), Denise Walker 465, Crystal Borody 421 and Laura Borody 409. The men’s upper scores were Joe Bourgeois 621 (233-216), Steve Domingue 563 (209), Joe Borody 223 and Jerry Borody 203.

In Marcin Sarnia Reserve Mixed league action, the ladies’ noted scores were Jo Ellen Beveridge 570 (192-201) and Cid Bearheart 567 (195-193). The men’s main scores were Bill Smith 595 (207-232), Greg Gray 590 (218-211), John Adams 568 (235), Wilson Plain 211, Ted White 195 and Richard White 188.
