The Point Edward Pacers Jr B Lacrosse team held their first annual Orange/White game on Wednesday night at the Point Edward Arena.

Earlier in the day Head Coach Jim Bell announced the signing of additional players that included: Liam Wright, Luke Charlton, Darian Chappell, Mitch Burton and Blair McFarlane.

The final addition to the team on Wednesday was left hander Derrick Hastings.  Hastings was acquired from the Owen Sound North Stars.  In 2013 Hastings had 17 points in 6 games for the London Blue Devils.

Team Orange consisted of veteran runners Dan Charlton, Ryan Devine, Austin Langs, Clay Wilhelm, Tyler Smith & Cody Ross. New comers were Josh Barraclough, Alex Mayhead, Luke Charlton, Colton McGugan, Jacob Caughlin, Bert Thorpe & Kris Seed.

Team White’s vets were Trevor Hiseler, Ryleigh Taylor, Matt Vince, Darian Chappelle, Brandon Burr, Blair McFarlane. White's newcomers included Blain Adams, Mitch Burton, Callahan Doughty, Kevin Durco, Reggie Burke, Jack Dunn, Kyle Vince and Brett Barnes. 

Splitting duties for two periods each between the pipes was Reece Landeryou for team Orange,  Ian Ferguson and Brayden Bell who played one period for both teams.

Team Orange edged out Team White 8 - 7.  Scoring for Orange were Dan Charlton, Alex Mayhead and Tyler Smith each with 2 goals. Colton McGugan and Bert Thorpe rounded the scoring with singles.

For team White goals were scored by Ryleigh Taylor and Mitch Burton each with 2 and singles by Matt Vince, Kevin Durco and Blair McFarlane.
