SKY FIRE
2013 SMAA PLAYOFF PEEWEE CHAMPIONS

The PeeWee championship pitted the third place Purdy Fisheries Storm against the first place Rob Simrak Magic Realty Skyfire. 

This game turned into a very tough defensive battle.  Etan Kerby opened the scoring for the Storm on a 2 yard run 3 minutes into the second quarter.  With less than 2 minutes remaining in the half Avery Smiley sped around the right end from 3 yards out to knot the score at 6. 

The teams took this score to the halftime break.  Midway through the third quarter Smiley utilized his speed on a 12 yard dash to give the Sky Fire a 12-6 lead.  From then on the defences took over as the Sky Fire prevailed.
