Creasor Closes Season with 808 Triple

Jim CreasorJim Creasor closed his bowling season with a splendid 808 (278-241-289) in the Tuesday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the high triple in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action. He rolled his career 12th 800 series on lanes 19 & 20, the same lanes where he hurled 803 last week.

Andre Dion tossed 298 (came up high leaving 4-7 pins - 102 pins over average) in the Sunday Morning Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the week’s high single.

Jim Creasor rolled 792 (279-258-255) in Marcin Bluewater Men’s League combat. He was pursued by Jeff Chortos 686 (269), Pete Dufault 652 (254), Drew McLean 618 (220), Ken Nimmo 616 (235), Steve Schincariol 250, Neil Braun 235, Randy McEachern 231, Dave Willson 229, Carl Best 227, Shawn Park 225, Mason McCarthy 223, Jim Amlin 223, Joe Csercsics 223 and Rob Kilmer 185. Final team standings are Northgate Home Hardware 404, Preferred Electric 362, Prestige Limousines 356, ODS Printing 348, Ligate Signs 327, Jerry’s TV 314, RCAFA 403 Wing 297 and Napa Auto 280.

Mike Shephard tossed 762 (276-279) in Marcin Monday Night Men’s League closing tournament rivalry. He was chased by Roy Mezzatesta 735 (242-246-247), Dennis Ramsay 705 (279), Pat Lacasse 705 (245-245), Chad Zonneville 700 (253), Pat McMillan 676 (269), Mario Gonzalez 667 (266), Andre Dion 660 (238-241), George Rogers 656 (248-233), Tom Ladenchuk 650 (279), Bob Spence 256-234, Terry Mundy 255, Jim Creasor 255, Jean Guy Morin 247, Al Scott 246 and Jim Burgess 234.  R. Bill Cole fired 705 (234-255) in Marcin Thursday Night Men’s League competition. He was followed by Peter MacRae 701 (221-255-225), Al Scott 682 (254), Jean Lacroix Jr. 661 (276), Kevin Herron 661 (232-234), Jean Guy Morin 651 (268), Bob Elie 233 and Ron Charrington 223. Morlo Yardscapes was the first half and second half winners. Team members consisted of Jean Lacroix Sr., Jean Lacroix Jr., Bob Elie, Tony Spano, Peter MacRae and Jean Guy Morin.

In Marcin Wednesday Night Mixed League final week play, the ladies’ upper score were Valerie Boult 522 (184), Sue Bayly 516 (175) and Cynthia Carroll 473 (176). The men’s leading scores were Gord Bayly 651 (237-214), Tom Colbran 598 (236), Sandy Paine 598 (223), Bob McQueen 594 (223), Terry Mundy 228, Steve Shanks 215 and Joe Savoy 200.

In Marcin National Farmers Union Mixed League final week activity, the women’s top scores were Randy Raaymakers 504 (177-170), Carol Slaughter 472 (179) and Diane Crawford 458 (164-162). The men’s high scores were Joe Simmons 606 (204-214), Ian Nickels 575 (216-229), John Daamen 498 and Lorne Johnson 492 (198).

In Marcin Triple A Mixed League final week action, the ladies’ upper scores were Kelly Hyatt 540 (191), Michelle Drew-Jones 532 (211), Diane Waddell 529 (199), Sondra Callum 217 and Lynne Hood 197. The men’s best scores were Rob Vandermeer 614 (235), Rob Richie 612 (216), Bill Austin 603 (227), John Cardwell 234, Joe Csercsics 223, Wally Sandrin 215, Hector Babin 210 and Gerry Cossette 199.

In Marcin 1046 Mixed League final week  fun, the men’s noted scores were Todd Amerlinck 673 (227-235), Joe Borody 664 (224-227), Brian Core 639 (265), Kevin McMillan 244, Jim Bell 224, James Belton 221, John Hoekstra 203 and Frank Hickling 193.
