On Saturday morning, the Rookie Select Braves played host to the Dresden A squad beating them 12-7. After a back and forth affair, the game was put away thanks to a perfect day at the plate by Player of the Game Vaughn McGinn and a Grand Slam by Logan Woods.

Saturday Afternoon the Rookie Braves Select hosted the Corunna 3 squad, and showed amazing sportsmanship and teamwork in a 20 -0 victory. Player of the Game Honour went to Matthew Schrie who went perfect at the dish.

This brings the Young Teams record to 3-1 on the season.

Their next game action is Wednesday at 6:30pm in Alvinston.
