On Saturday the Sarnia Beavers hosted the Oakville Titans at the Clearwater Arena in Senior B Lacrosse action. 

The Beavers took a 5 - 4 lead after the first period and widen the lead by 13 - 6 after the second.  In the third both sides score 4 each and the Beavers took the win with a final score of 17 - 10.

Jim Purves led the Beavers earning a total of 11 points with six goals and five assists.  Other goal scores included Brian Quinn with four, Colin Mcdowall, Michael Fleming and Kyle Childerhose each score two apiece and Winter Dockstated scored a single.

Goalkeeper Grant Crawley earned the win in net.

The Beavers are now 4 - 7 for the season and look to increase the win side on Sunday when they host the second place Six Nation Rivermen.  Game time 7:00 pm at Clearwater Arena.
