Sarnia Jr. Lady Sting Peewee C team crowned Finalists in Milverton Royals Holiday Challenge.

The team played fantastic hockey showing tremendous teamwork, heart and determination finishing with a record of 3-1.

In game 1, they beat Wilmot 3-2 with Morgan Flett, Megan Dupuis and Sydney Robbins scoring for Sarnia.

Game 2 was a solid 4-0 shutout of Mt. Forest with Erin Ellis-Parr scoring twice and Angelique Aliperti and Madeleine Leliveld scoring once each.

Game 3 was a 3-2 come from behind win over the hosts Milverton with Angie Aliperti scoring twice and Megan Dupuis once.

In the Championship game, they met up with Wilmot again, and despite carrying the majority of the play, they were unlucky and fell just short in a very entertaining final with a 1-0 defeat.
