Raymond is Perfect; Creasor Continues Strong Bowling

Jeff Raymond returned to bowling this season after a ten year absence. His dream, like every bowler’s dream, was to roll a perfect game and the ultimate 800 series. Part of his dream came true as he rolled the high single in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this week. He experienced the sweaty hands, wobbly knees, racing heart and excitement of bowling his first 300 (108 pins over average). He accomplished his gem in his first game on lanes 19 & 20 in the Tuesday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl.

Jim Creasor had an exceptional week on the lanes as he fired three 750 plus series. He tossed 777 (298-237-242) in the Sunday Morning Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the week’s high triple.

Pam Marciniszyn rolled 675 (234-225) in the Thursday Night Mixed League at Marcin Bowl to record the women’s high triple.

In the Hi-Way Youth Senior division, the top scores belonged to Alex Pak 584 (228), Brett Zevenbergen 499 (187) and Connor Smith 473.

In the Hi-Way Youth Intermediate division, the girls’ upper scores were Kyra Lester 460 (183-182) and Cassandra Tremblay 326. The boy’s high roller was Seth Hicks 420 (145-141-134).

In the Hi-Way Youth Junior division, the girls’ best scores were Isadora Tremblay 447 (174), Taelor Koundakjian 437 (193) and Kaela Koundakjian 308. The boys’ main scores were Dalton Crowe 518 (187-186), Domenic Cocozzoli 499 (199) and Ben Lapointe 486 (184).

In the Hi-Way Youth Senior Preps division, the girls’ top scores were Shayla Crouse 335 (117-113), Emily Harris 309 (110) and Paisley Wood 272. The boys’ high scores were Devon Crowe 446 (175), Nick Lapointe 416 (162) and Cole Barber 374.

In the Hi-Way Youth Junior Preps division, the girls’ noted scores were Amber Watson 368 (140-140) and MacKayla Beauvais 286 (109). The boys’ high hurlers were Brodie McKinley 365 (176), Chad Crouse 274 and Alex Bourassa 262 (109).

In the Hi-Way Youth Bantams division, the girls’ leading scores were Laurianne Tremblay 158 (61), Tyleigh Winger 157 (62-60), Elsa McKinley 148 (53) and Kyleigh Beauvais 119 (53). The boys’ top shooters were Bryce Watson 259 (95-88) and Alex Majewski 174 (74).
