Youth at Risk

 

The Sarnia Saints Rugby Club and Mick Jackson of Assante Wealth Management have proudly partnered with St. Clair Child & Youth Services – “Youth at Risk” Services, for their 2013 Benefit Event. This two day event will feature a Dinner/Auction at The Sarnia Riding Club on June 13, 2013, and a full day of rugby on June 22, 2013.

 

On June 13, the Saints and Assante will host a Benefit Dinner and Auction (Silent and Live) with all proceeds benefiting ‘Youth at Risk’ services offered through St. Clair Child & Youth Services. This event will take place at The Sarnia Riding Club, and we invite the public to purchase tickets for the evening Dinner/Auction at Kernels Popcorn, Lambton Mall, and St. Clair Child & Youth Services, 129 Kendall St., Point Edward. 

 

On June 22, a full day of rugby will be played on the newly refurbished Alix Field at Norm Perry Park.  Admission to this exciting, action-packed day will be by suggested donation of two dollars per ticket. Tickets are available ahead of time AND at the gate.  Food, refreshments, and activities for the kids PLUS some great rugby will make it a great day for all.   All proceeds collected will benefit the “Youth at Risk” services of St. Clair Child & Youth Services.

 

The Community Partnership between The Saints and Mick Jackson of Assante Wealth Management has raised over $15,000 for various organizations, events, and individuals in Sarnia-Lambton since 2010.  2013 marks the 55th Anniversary of Sarnia Saints Rugby Football Club, and it’s our goal to raise $10,000 for “Youth at Risk” this year.  All proceeds stay here in Sarnia-Lambton and therefore will have a positive effect for children, youth, and families in our community served by St. Clair Child & Youth Services.

 

How Can You Help?

• You can make a monetary donation to St. Clair Child & Youth Services on behalf of “Youth at Risk”.  Charitable tax receipts can be issued for donations of $10.00 or greater.

• You can donate items for the Silent Auction. We welcome a variety of items; simply contact one of the representatives below.

• Attend the Dinner/Auction and bid on a unique item or take part in the live auctioning of specially designed match jerseys.

• Join us on game day with your family and friends.  Plenty of things have been planned to keep you entertained throughout the day.
