Lambton Jr Sting AAA Weekend Scores

Minor Atom
The Lambton Minor Atoms suffered two losses on the road this past weekend with the first in Goderich against the Huron Perth Lakers ending with a final score of 6 - 0.  The second game the Minor Atoms took a 3 - 1 loss in Cambridge against the Hawks.

Major Atom
The Major Atoms took a pair of home losses on the weekend.  On Friday the Major atoms hosted the London Jr Knights and lost with a final score of 7 - 0.  On Sunday The Jr Sting hosted Hamilton and came up short with a final score of 4 - 1.

 

Minor Peewee
The Minor Peewee went 1 and 1 on the road this weekend.  In the first game on Saturday the Jr Sting travelled to Goderich and took a 6 - 4 loss against the Huron Perth Lakers.  On Sunday the Jr Sting were in Waterloo and came away with a 6 - 2 win. HIGHLIGHTS

Major Peewee
The Major Peewee's had a double header on Saturday with the first game in Cambridge where they took a 4 - 2 win against the Hawks.  Later in the day they traveled to Kitchener and both sides remain scoreless given the teams a single point.

 

Minor Bantam
The Minor Bantams kicked off their weekend with an exhibition game against Honeybaked at the RBC Centre Friday night. Honeybaked defeated the Jr Sting with a final score of 6 - 3.   On Sunday in regular league action the Minor Bantams defeated Kitchener with a final score of 3 - 2. 

Major Bantam
The Major Bantams went 2 - 0 over the weekend with a two games on the road.  On Saturday the Bantams traveled to Hamilton and shut out the Huskies by a score of 4 - 0.  On Sunday they were at the Galt Arena Gardens and defeated the Cambridge Hawks by a score of 4 - 1.
The Major Bantams will be competing in the Detroit Warrior Tournament next weekend. HIGHLIGHTS

Minor Midget
The Minor Midgets took a 4 - 0 loss on Saturday against the Windsor Jr Spitfires at the RBC Center. On Sunday the team traveled to Essex and tied Sun County by a score of 1 - 1.  The Midgets travel to Waterloo next weekend to participate in the Waterloo Gold Puck Tournament.

Major Midget
The Major Midget winning streak continues in Alliance League action as they are now 11 - 0 after the weekend with a pair of wins.  On Saturday the Midgets hosted the Hamilton Huskies and won with a final score of 7 - 5.  On Sunday they edged out Huron Perth Lakers 5 - 4 in Goderich.
