This past Saturday the Lady Sting were on the road to Brantford against the Ice Cats.
After a bit of a slow start the girls stepped it up and came away with a 4-0 win. Leading the way was Averey Devereaux with 2 goals and an assist and Alex Godfrey and a goal and an assist while Marjorie-Ann Hurtubise rounded out the scoring. Allison Lawrence had 3 assists in the game and Naomi Parsons picked up an assist.
Jordan Henry with strong play in net picked up the shutout, backstopping a very solid effort by the defence.
The girls will next host Woodstock Wildcats at home on Sunday November 4th with a 4:15pm puck drop at the RBC Centre.
