St Christopher Senior Girls basketball team won the consolation championship at the prestigious Centennial College Colts Classic tournament this weekend.

The girls went 2-2 losing their first game by only 3 points to Toronto's AAAA Eastern Commerce. St Francis from St Catharines handed them their second loss of the tournament but the girls rallied back beating Downsview (75-50) and then North Toronto (53-34) both AAAA schools to win the consolation championship.

The team is coached by Ed Dragan and Lindsay Sharpe.
