The Pt Edward Blackhawks came out strong against the Mt Brydges blue winning the game 5-0. 

The first period was scoreless but early in the 2nd period Cole Whitworth scored 2 goals assisted by Owen Shearon and a 3rd goal at the end of the 2nd period from Adam Ikert unassisted.

In the 3rd period, Adam Ikert scored his second of the game assisted by Jaxon Lucas and the 5th and final goal of the game was scored by  Owen Shearon, unassisted. It was another strong finish for the goalie John Cannon that earned him the shut out.
 

The winning streak ended for the Pt Edward Atom Blackhawks after losing 5-2 against South Huron who showed a strong dominance throughout the game. Ethan Boucher scored the 1st goal and Jaxon Lucas scored the 2nd goal, assisted by Owen Shearon.

Even though this game was a loss for the Blackhawks, the team showed great game play and had several nice passes.
