With a tight run for the gold against Lucan, the Blackhawks were able to come out on top with a 4-2 victory in the last playoff game of the season. These games could have gone either way, with constant pressure from the strong Lucan team.

 

Scoring in the final game were Jeff Horner with two goals and singles by Nik Kootstra and Owen Shearon.  Assisting on the goals were Jonathon King, Jaxon Lucas and Shawn McDermott.
