Jake Marks joining Spring Training for Jr Canadian Baseball Team

Jake Marks, an 18 year old pitcher with the Sarnia Midget Braves has been added to the Spring Training Roster of Baseball Canada's Junior National Team which will compete in Orlando, Florida at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex in April.

Their schedule will include exhibition games with the extended spring training rosters of the Houston Astros, Atlanta Braves, Toronto Blue Jays, Washington Nationals, and Detroit Tigers. They will also practice in front of the MLB Scouting Bureau.
 
Marks had previously pitched for the gold medal winning Team Ontario at the Canadian Championships in August in Moncton, New Brunswick and has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Maine in the fall of 2012.
