The Sarnia Braves won their third straight game with a 6-4 win over the Wyoming Cowboys on Tuesday night at Errol Russel Park in Sarnia.

Nick Baljeu threw a complete game five hitter on his way to his third win of the season. He struck out six.

Sarnia found themselves down 3-0 in the fifth inning to Wyoming before Alex McLean started what would be the winning rally off of Cowboys pitcher Steve Grey. James Grant would follow with a walk before Sarnia would string together three RBI doubles. Justin Randall, Mike Damchuk and Randy Thingstad all connected with pitches, sending them to the fence for two-base hits. Mason McCarthy, Eric Freeman and Wade Babula would keep things going with a single each.

The inning ended with the score 6-3 in favour of Sarnia and that would be enough to secure the victory.

Grant, Damchuk, McCarthy and Thingstad each had a multiple hit games for the Braves.. Babula, McLean, Randall, Freeman and Kemble all had a hit apiece.

The Braves travel to Corunna on Thursday before heading to Windsor this weekend.
