The Sarnia Spirit Premier Women took a 6 - 0 beating in the Ontario Cup single knockout format against the North London Galaxy on Sunday at Veterans Field in Sarnia.

With action deep in the Sarnia end for most of the game the North London team dominated giving Sarnia netminder Cecile Honke a workout.  Despite the loss Honke made many outstanding saves stopping the Galaxy from running the score up higher.

The Sarnia Spirit Ladies play in the Premier Division of London and Area Ladies Soccer league and are back in action at home on Tuesday July 10 with a kickoff at 6:45.
